A one-person consultancy that says so.
VELTRONIC CRATE LLC is based in Gulfport, Mississippi and works with B2B companies across the United States. No invented team, no rented office, no stock photography of a meeting that never happened.
The short version
I got tired of watching good businesses buy bad retainers.
I have spent the last several years inside small B2B companies watching the same pattern: a marketing retainer is signed in January, by March nobody can say what it produced, and by November it is renewed anyway because switching is more effort than continuing.
VELTRONIC CRATE is my attempt at the opposite. Nine services, each with a published starting price. Thirty-day terms. Everything built in the client's own accounts so the work survives the relationship.
It is a small business serving small businesses. That is the whole pitch.
How I work
Four rules I do not break
1. Prices before calls
Every service has a published starting price. If you cannot afford it, you should know that before you spend thirty minutes of your day.
2. Thirty-day terms
Renewals are earned monthly. No twelve-month contract, no auto-renew trap, no exit fee. The longest commitment on this site is one billing cycle.
3. Everything in your name
Ad accounts, analytics properties, dashboards, automations, documents. Built in your name from day one, handed over on request — including the day you fire me.
4. Report the misses
Monthly reports include what did not work. A report that only contains wins is not a report, it is advertising — and it makes the next decision worse.
Straight answers
What I am not
Most about pages list credentials. This one lists the things people assume and should not.
- Not a CPA. Bookkeeping and reporting, coordinated with your tax preparer — no filings, no attestation.
- Not a Google Premier Partner. I do not hold the badge and I will not put a logo on this site pretending otherwise.
- Not a team of twelve. One person, plus named specialists brought in for specific projects.
- Not a full-service creative shop. No brand identity, no video production, no event stands.
- Not the right choice for everyone. If your problem is product-market fit, marketing will not fix it.
Where the work happens
Clients are across the United States, from single-location service businesses to software companies with a sales team. Almost everything runs remotely: shared documents, scheduled calls, async updates.
Local businesses in the Mississippi Gulf Coast get in-person visits where it helps — usually for the initial audit, because seeing how a front desk actually answers the phone tells you more than a dashboard.
Time zone: Central. Calls are booked in your local time.
Working together, practically
Who actually does the work?
I do, for the core services. When a project needs a specialist — a paid media buyer at scale, a qualified bookkeeper, a front-end developer — I bring one in, name them on the proposal, and you meet them before they start. You are never billed for a person you have not spoken to.
How do we communicate?
Email for anything that needs a record, scheduled calls for decisions. You get a direct line to me, not a shared inbox. Typical response time is a few hours inside Central business hours, and one business day at the outside.
Do you work with businesses outside Mississippi?
Yes — most clients are. The published prices are in USD and the terms are US-standard. For clients outside the US, the same terms apply with local tax treatment handled by your accountant.
What if I need to stop?
Email me before the end of the billing cycle. You finish the month you paid for, keep every asset, and get a documented handover. No exit fee, no retention call, no drama.
Worth thirty minutes?
No pitch deck. We look at your numbers, I tell you what I would do first, and you decide whether that is worth paying for.
