Marketing analytics & ROI tracking

If you cannot measure it, you cannot defend the budget. Clean tracking, one dashboard, and a monthly readout that says which channel actually produced the revenue.

The problem

Almost every company I audit has the same problem: three sources of truth that disagree. Google Ads claims 40 conversions, GA4 claims 22, the CRM shows 9 closed deals, and the spreadsheet says 12. So the budget gets allocated by whichever number is loudest.

Analytics work is not about more data. It is about one number per channel that everyone agrees on, and the discipline to keep it clean as the site changes.

What changes

  • Conversion tracking that fires once, correctly, with values attached
  • One dashboard in your account, readable by a non-marketer
  • Attribution that shows assisted conversions, not just last click
  • A monthly readout tying spend to pipeline

What is included

Everything below is in the standard engagement. Nothing is held back for an upsell.

  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager configuration, with a documented event schema
  • Server-side or consent-mode setup where privacy rules require it
  • Custom KPI dashboard built in your own Looker Studio or equivalent
  • Attribution modelling across paid, organic and outbound
  • UTM discipline and a naming convention your team will actually follow
  • Monthly insights report and one training session

How it runs

The first ninety days

  1. Audit trackingWhat fires today, what double-fires, what is missing entirely.

  2. BuildEvent schema, tags, conversions and the dashboard.
    Weeks 2–3
  3. VerifyCross-check against the CRM and against raw server logs before anyone trusts it.
    Week 3
  4. MaintainMonthly checks, because tags break silently.

Questions

Straight answers

Do you use cookies?
Only where you need them. GA4 can run with consent mode, and I often recommend a cookie-less tool for the top of the funnel so your privacy policy stays simple. This site itself runs no tracking cookies at all.
Who owns the dashboard?
You. It is built inside your Google account or your BI tool, with your data. If we part ways, you keep everything including the documentation.
Can you fix tracking without a rebuild?
Usually yes. The setup-only tier exists for exactly that — one clean implementation, a training session, and you maintain it.
